On 30th June , 2011, Sinoma Energy conservation Ltd . and China International Fund Limited once again shook hands. Signed in Beijing, 2×9MW WHR contract for Angola cement production line this is the second project of Sinoma in Africa after Mozambique.

Mr. Li Yizi of China International Fund Limited and Mr.Ge Liwu , vice president of Sinoma-EC signed the contract on behalf of both parties. Mr. Hu Zhimin, Chang Jindong, Zhu Yuliang and Gu Guoxin who comes from China International Fund Limited took part in the contract signing ceremony.
