Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. has officially signed an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for the 22MW Captive Power Plant project at Cooperativa La Cruz Azul, S.C.L.'s cement facility in Mexico.

Cooperativa La Cruz Azul, S.C.L. plans to construct a new 2,500 tpd clinker production line, supported by a 22MW captive power plant. Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd., in collaboration with Tianjin Cement Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. (TCDRI), jointly bid for and successfully won the project.

During the pre-construction and project development phases, Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. mobilized a dedicated team of commercial and technical experts. Leveraging its core competencies, the company worked closely with TCDRI to conduct multiple rounds of technical clarifications, solution optimizations, and contract negotiations with Cooperativa La Cruz Azul, S.C.L. The result was a customized, high-efficiency green energy solution tailored to the client's specific needs.

Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd.'s advanced technical expertise, rigorous project management, and pragmatic approach to collaboration were instrumental in securing the contract.

As a pioneer in Mexico's cement industry, Cooperativa La Cruz Azul, S.C.L. has long been committed to innovation and green, low-carbon development, making outstanding contributions to the local cement sector. Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. will inject new momentum into the client's cost-reduction, efficiency-improvement, and green transformation efforts. The company will initiate project construction promptly to ensure timely completion, striving to make this project a landmark green, low-carbon demonstration power plant in Mexico and across Latin America, setting a new benchmark for the development of Mexico's energy conservation and environmental protection industry.

As fellow subsidiaries of China National Building Material Group, Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. and TCDRI collaborated closely and effectively in this overseas venture. This project marks their first EPC contract win in Mexico under the Group's "Overseas Expansion" strategy. It provides strong momentum for further penetration into the Americas market and offers solid support for localized international market development and operations.
